Metallization is a technology highly compatible with environmental needs, as it permits: - total recycling; - energy saving (metallization uses 97% less energy compared to the production of an aluminium film of 8µ); - aluminium saving - as its use amounts to 320 times less in weight; - reduction in the number of materials used (better recycling); - optimization of barrier properties.
